York strip is dry aged and hand cut in-house. We
then grill it to your specifications for a robust
steak that is served with a Caramelized Onion
Bourbon Sauce paired with Roasted New Potatoes.
Kansas City Rib Steak
Our 20 ox bone-in Rib-eye, We sear the steak to
its juicy best, then serve it with Fried Onion and
Shallot Smashed Fingerling Potatoes.

Black Truffle Mushroom sauce over Pappardelle Pasta.
