Kansas City Rib Steak
Our 20 ox bone-in Rib-eye, We sear the steak to its juicy best, then serve it with Fried Onion and Shallot Smashed Fingerling Potatoes.

tender Breast of Chicken lightly dredged in a Black Truffle Mushroom sauce over Pappardelle Pasta.

We bring out Salmon's river-fresh flavor by pan-searing a generous Fillet with savory herbs, than placing it on Chablis Wilted Spinach and accompanied with Roasted New Potatoes.
